From Chengdu to Atlanta

Harry (Zhouxu) Wang lived in Chengdu, Sichuan in China for the first 20 years of his life before coming to Emory University for college. He first came to the US through an international exchange and lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan for one year. His interest to explore the American culture and language was a major reason why he chose to come to college in the United States. Harry speaks Chinese, English and also dabbles in Spanish. In his free time, he loves to sing to classical songs and perform at live karaoke events. He appreciates the liberal arts aspect of Emory and is on the process of deciding on a major in the either business, music or mathematics.
